Artist's Description
Painting of Chicago Street where I spotted the amazing Harold Washington Library Center. Took a photo because I wanted to know more about the ornaments on the corners of the roof. Found out they are 12 foot high barn owls surrounded by 75 by 40 foot swirls of leaves and pods!!! Collaboration by artists Kaskey and Bloomer! Fantastic! Photo turned out to be a great opportunity to do a painting of a very cool Chicago.
